How to make
Wash the Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. Leave the sprouts whole and cut the mushrooms into pieces - not too small. Heat oil in a pan and put the garlic to fry, stirring and being careful not to burn.
Add cabbage and mushrooms and let it stew in a little water until the vegetables are slightly tender. Finally add the chopped chili.
Allow to stew a little and season with salt. The dish is served warm, seasoned with lemon juice.
