How to make
Separate the florets from the broccoli, finely chop the carrots, peppers and onions.
Pour the vegetables into a suitable pot, cover them with water and boil for 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
For the last 5 minutes, add the spices and the washed spinach leaves, which you have cut into strips.
After everything is cooked, if there is a lot of water, pour it out. Puree along with the milk, until a mixture is obtained.
If it is too thin, put it on the stove on a low heat for a few minutes, by stirring constantly.
Serve the finished puree with or without white cheese, as a side dish to any kind of meat.
