How to make
The cleaned carrots are cut into larger pieces and are put to boil, until they soften, in enough water.
Then strain them. While they're warm, add the butter (in pieces), salt, sugar and a little lemon juice, which you can replace with vinegar.
Stir and start blending, while adding the milk, until the puree reaches the desired density.
If desired, you can flavor the carrot puree with chopped parsley or dill.
