How to make
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the onions and fry them.
Peel a mango and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the onions.
Add all of the spices, reduce the heat and boil, until the mango softens.
Turn off the heat and mash the puree.
Place it back onto the hob, wait for it to boil and turn it off.
The mango puree is suitable for fish, grilled meat or barbecue and white meat.
