How to make

Peel the mango and remove its seed. The fruit is cut into cubes. Wash the lemons well and cut a few thin slices for decorate from one of the lemons.

Grate the lemon peel of the remaining fruit. The mango juice, mango cubes and lemon peel are mixed and left for 15 minutes.
