How to make
We put the milk to boil and add bourbon to it.
Using a mixer, in a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar and confectioners' methane.
Once the mixture on the stove begins to boil, remove from the heat and begin to slowly add the beaten egg mixture.
At the end, season with vanilla and cinnamon. I personally beat it again with a mixer before serving in the glasses.
The punch is fluffier and more festive that way.
The Eggnog - Egg Punch is served immediately and consumed chilled with ice.
