"Today its time to replace the ordinary afternoon coffee with a much more tempting option - how do you like this eggnog and raspberry espresso?"

Ingredients

  • eggnog - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
  • frozen raspberries - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 and 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • vanilla syrup - 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • espresso - 1 pc.
  • whipped cream

How to make

The products are for one coffee.

Blend the frozen raspberries, lemon juice and vanilla syrup.

Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Carefully add, the eggnog first and then the espresso.

Top up with whipped cream and decorate it with a raspberry.
