How to make
1. Put the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a pot. Stir and put on low heat without letting them come to a boil until they turn thick enough to be able to cover the back of a spoon.
2. You can serve the eggnog chilled or warm, depending on taste.
3. Distribute the brandy into glasses, then pour the eggnog on top. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy the magical taste.
