The core of the apples is removed, the peach seeds are removed. Wash the lemons well with a brush.
All of the fruit are cut into thin slices, sprinkled with sugar and left for half an hour.
The fruit, along with the juice that has separated from them, are placed in a large glass bowl and the cognac and wine are poured over them. The mixture needs to be left at room temperature for 2 hours.
Before serving, add the raspberries and ice to your sangria.
Distribute it into cups and add sparkling water to each cup.
