How to make
One coffee is prepared on an espresso machine.
Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir, until it has dissolved.
Place 4 cubes of ice in a shaker. For better effect, the ice can be crushed.
Pour the already cooled coffee, then close the shaker and shake the contents vigorously.
A creamy mixture is obtained, which is transferred into a glass.
The Freddo Espresso is served with a cube of ice and a straw.
