How to make
The sugar syrup is prepared in advance because it needs to cool. Prepare it with 1:1 measurements. In an iron bowl put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
Leave on the stove until the sugar has melted. Allow it to cool. This amount of sugar syrup will be enough for many more cappuccinos or lemonades.
A glass is filled with ice. A double espresso is prepared. Put 3 ice cubes in a shaker. Pour the coffee into the shaker. (Sugar syrup is added here if desired).
Using a frappe mixer, stir until it cools down.
Pour the cold coffee into the cup with the ice. Put 2 ice cubes and milk in the shaker again. Shake well with the shaker until the milk foams. Add it to the coffee. Served with a straw.
