A delicious and healthy summer drink for the hot days.
Peel a cucumber with a peeler and cut it into pieces.
The seed is removed from the apricot, the melon is cut into pieces, it is placed in a container and left in the freezer for 3-4 hours to freeze.
Take it out and leave it to defrost slightly, but not completely. Cut it into pieces and place in a jug of a chopper or blender.
Add the apricot, cucumber, mint leaves, a teaspoon of honey, peeled fresh ginger root and pour half of the water. Blend for two or three times, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the remaining water to the desired thickness of the smoothie. Pour it into a glass and serve it. A tasty and healthy treat for the day!
