How to make
Crush the ice by putting it in a sturdy bag and pounding it with a heavy object. It can also be grinded in a blender, as long as it is suitable for this function.
It is important not to grind the ice into very small pieces, so that it does not melt too quickly.
Distribute it into 4 cups.
Peel the kiwi fruit, cut them into pieces and blend them along with the mint and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Add the agave syrup and stir.
Pour the fruit mixture over the crushed ice in the cups.
Add sparkling water to each mojito, stir it and garnish it with a sprig of mint.
