How to make
Peel the mango and cut it into pieces.
Put the chopped onion and garlic, mango, juice and vinegar in a pot. Leave it to simmer over low heat.
Finely chop the candied ginger and hot pepper, then add them into the pot.
Then season everything with salt. Leave it to cook for half an hour.
Using a mixer, beat the mixture as much as possible.
The delicious chutney should be left to simmer for another 15 minutes.
Since it is not used very often, distribute the mango chutney into small sterilized jars.
