  • mango - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • sugar - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp.
  • lime - 1 pc.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Peel a mango, clean it and finely chop it.

Pour the mango into a pot, add 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and the other ingredients (except the lime) and boil them over low heat, while stirring constantly.

When the mango softens, mash it. Add lime juice and boil it to the desired density.

Pour the jam into jars, close them and turn them over so that the lids can invert.

The mango jam is ready.
