Ingredients

  • peaches - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • red rum - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The peaches are soaked in hot water for a few seconds to make them easier to peel. Cut them into quarters.

Place them in a large pot, pour them with the red rum and sprinkle them with sugar. They are left overnight.

Then boil them over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Pour the jam into hot jars, which are turned over and left with the lid facing down.

The Quick Jam with Peeled Peaches is ready.

Note: Water is not added.
