How to make
Wash and cut the apples into pieces, without peeling them. Put them to boil with water until fully softened.
Then mash them to a puree. Measure it out, add 1 cup (250 g) sugar for every 2 cups (500 g of) puree.
Put the apple puree and sugar to boil until they produce a thick marmalade.
While hot, distribute into jars, close them and flip upside down.
