How to make
Mix together the water, oil, sugar and pinch of salt in a deep container, put them on the stove to boil. Add the vanillas and baking powder. Pour in all of the flour and stir until you've formed a ball of dough.
Take the container off the stove and leave the dough to cool. From the cooled dough, tear balls a little larger than a walnut, flatten them and put a little marmalade in them.
Fold them closed and arrange in a tray covered oiled baking paper. You should get about 20 treats. Bake them in a hot oven. Once ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar if desired.
