How to make
Clean the chicken and boil it until softened in salted water. Cut it into pieces.
Put the cleaned rice in an oven dish, pour 2 1/2 cups of hot chicken broth over it and saute in the oven for 10 to 15 min.
Add the chicken, peeled and chopped tomatoes and the butter. Let it crisp. Upon serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley.
