How to make
Mix the pancake batter ingredients together in a large bowl and beat them, until they're mixed well. Strain the mixture into another bowl. This way a smooth batter for the pancakes will be obtained.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, which is heated to medium heat.
Once the butter has melted, wipe it with kitchen paper. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan.
Bake, until small holes start appearing on the surface. Turn the pancake over and bake for another minute. Transfer it into a plate while you prepare the remaining pancakes.
Take a few pieces of mango, put them on the pancake and roll it up.
Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and chopped mango on top.
The mango pancakes are ready.
