  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • white pepper

How to make

Wash and dry the chicken thighs very well.

Put them in a deep dish and pour both types of pepper, as well as olive oil.

Massage them, so that the spices spread everywhere.

Leave them to marinate for about 30 minutes.
