  • chicken wings - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • beer - 1 cup
  • vegetable spice
  • chicken seasoning
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • fresh parsley

How to make

Clean the chicken wings. Flavor them with salt, the vegetable spice and spices. Roll them in the spices on all sides.

Arrange them in a baing pan. Pour the beer over them and drizzle them with olive oil.

Cover the baking pan with a lid and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).

Bake them for about 30 minutes, then remove the lid and continue baking, until they form a crispy crust.

Sprinkle the baked chicken wings with fresh parsley and lemon juice before serving.
