How to make
Season the chicken legs with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Sear the legs with a little fat in a well-heated pan until golden on both sides.
In the same pan, fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, having previously cleaned and chopped them.
Add the rice to the vegetables and fry it along with them for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the rice and vegetables into a baking pan and arrange the chicken on top, then add the water.
Finely chop the parsley and add it to the chicken, also add more salt and black pepper and if you want you can add broth, having dissolved it beforehand.
Bake the oven-baked chicken with rice for beginners at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
