  • rice - 2 cups
  • chicken carcass - 4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • black pepper
  • oregano

How to make

Boil the chicken carcass , until they're ready. The broth can be used for cooking the rice.

While they are boiling, chop the onion and pepper (preferably you can also use a chopper) and add them into the pan to fry.

Then add the washed rice into the pan and stir, until it softens.

Then transfer the mixture into a baking pan and pour the broth into it. Stir the rice and place the chicken carcass in the baking pan.

Place the chicken and rice dish in the oven and bake at 190°C.

Bake, until the rice softens and swells and until the chicken meat aquires an appetizing crust.

The oven-baked rice with chicken carcass is served while the dish is still warm.
