How to make
Wash, dry and braise the chicken legs. To them add the chopped onions, carrot and green pepper. After they've fried a bit, add the grated tomatoes and the spices.
Pour in some of the water in which you boiled the beans and put a lid on. Leave it on low heat for the chicken legs and vegetables to saute and soften.
Then add the boiled beans and pour in more water to achieve the desired thickness.
Add the chopped roasted peppers and remove from the heat after 10 min. If desired, you can add 1 hot chili pepper.
