How to make
There are several options for processing beans. The first one is the standard way - the beans are boiled and the first water is thrown away. The other way is soaking the beans from the night before. The last one, I know from my mother - when the beans boil, remove from the heat and pour about 1-2 tbsp. of baking soda. Leave them for a while and then their scales fall off. You can try to remove them all by yourself or try removing them with a few consecutive rinses. So however you choose.
Heat some oil, put the chopped pork in it and fry it. Add the chopped onion and continue the frying process. Then add the beans and pour water over them - for a start 5 cups (1 liter), as it will be added several times until the beans boil. Add 1 tbsp. of universal vegetable spice or as much salt and black pepper as you like.
Once you realise that it is almost cooked, add the sliced carrots and chopped peppers.
Allow it to cool and then remove it from the heat. Make sure the water is not too much. It needs to be thick and without adding flour.
Make a thickener with oil, flour and paprika and add it to the beans. To finish it off, sprinkle it a pinch of savory herb on top and stir the stew.
