Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 8 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • red wine - 2 and 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • ketchup - 1 oz (30 g)
  • honey - 1 tbsp. (optional) or more
  • parsley - for sprinkling
  • salt
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

First, season the chicken wings with the dry ingredients. Season with black pepper, paprika, salt and just a little olive oil.

Rub in the ingredients well with your hands so that the they spread everywhere.

Set aside for twenty minutes.

In a deep and wide bowl mix the other products - ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, wine and stir.

Place the marinated wings in a baking pan and with the help of a spoon pour the liquid marinade on the wings and make sure to turn them on both sides.

Bake the juicy chicken wings in an oven at 360°F (180 degrees) with the fan on for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
