How to make
Turn on the Sauté setting on the Instant Pot and heat some vegetable oil. Add the onion, garlic and carrots. Sauté the vegetables until they soften, 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry until done, by breaking up the lumps of meat with a spatula.
Add chopped tomatoes, beef broth, sugar, basil and oregano. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set the Manual setting to high. Set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, open the safety valve and let the steam out. Carefully open the lid.
Cook the spaghetti in a separate pot according to instructions on the package. Mix the ingredients.
Serve while the Spaghetti Bolognese is warm.
