  • spaghetti - 1 packet (400 g)
  • oysters - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - stalk

How to make

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Strain them from the water.

Clean the oysters and shrimp. Heat a suitable pan on the stove, melt the butter and add the finely chopped garlic.

Add the oysters and shrimp and stir. Add as much salt and black pepper as you desire.

Add the chopped parsley and stir. Cook them for ten minutes.

Add the spaghetti to the shrimp and mix them well.

Serve them warm with a glass of white wine.
