Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 3 sheets
  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • vegetables - 3.5 oz (100 g), mix
  • peas - 1 cup, canned
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g), canned
  • spices - of your choice
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • bechamel sauce - 1 package
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Cut the meat into tiny pieces. Braise them in a little oil. To them add the finely chopped onions, vegetables and peas. Then add the mushrooms, spices and soy sauce.

Make the Bechamel sauce according to package directions. Arrange part of the phyllo pastry sheets in a buttered oven dish after tearing them to pieces. Pour in part of the meat filling, Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
