How to make
Pour the rinsed rice in boiling salted water and cook until soft. Then drain in a colander.
Cut the onion into rings, the meat into small cubes and fry them for about 15 minutes in half the butter. Add the remaining butter and ½ of the rice, black pepper, salt, curry, pour on the stock, dissolved in a little hot water or just Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer on low heat until the meat becomes tender. Add the remaining vegetables and rice, stir well.
Once the rice and meat are done, transfer them to a large plate.
Decorate with the fried omelet, which you've sliced into strips, the chopped tomatoes and serve garnished with lettuce, cucumbers and sterilized vegetables.
