Add the meat, which is cut into cubes and stew it in the vegetable fat.
Add the wine and as much soy sauce and black pepper as you like.
Put the vegetables in the pan, add the cooked pasta and leave it on the stove for another 5 minutes, while stirring constantly, until the flavors are mixed well.
