How to make
Beat the eggs. To them add the yoghurt with the baking soda, oil and flour. Stir well.
Roll up the phyllo pastry sheets together in a roll and cut them into 1/2″ (1 cm) pieces. Separate the strips and add them to the mixture.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, diced bacon and hard cheese. Stir well.
Butter a cake form (I used a silicone one). Sprinkle the seeds onto the walls of the form, they need to stick well.
Pour in the mixture and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35 min. Leave it to cool and invert onto a suitable plate.
