How to make
Heat some of the butter and saute the cut into crescents onions or chopped leeks. Add the mince and fry it until it remains mostly in fat. Cut the already boiled potatoes into small cubes and add them to the mince and onions. Season with salt, black pepper, savory and oregano.
Take 2-3 phyllo pastry sheets and smear each with butter. Arrange them on top of one another and on the third distribute the filling. Roll up and arrange in a greased tray. Beat the eggs with a little water and pour them over the rolled up phyllo pastry.
Put it to bake in a preheated to about 360°F (180 °C) oven to a nice tan.
