How to make
Dilute the minced meat with a little water into granules and fry in butter until they change color. Take it off the heat.
In a buttered oven dish, arrange the phyllo pastry, put some mince on it, then add another layer of phyllo pastry, then cheese mixed with two eggs, then phyllo pastry again and so on until out of products.
Top with phyllo pastry and cut the pie. Pour on the beaten egg mixed with yoghurt.
Add pieces of butter. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven to redness.
