How to make
Cut the ribs and rub them with salt.
Prepare pork marinade.
To do this, pour the crushed garlic into a bowl and add the mustard, puree, soy sauce, thyme, curry, the black pepper and paprika. Mix very well.
Spread the pork ribs with this marinade and put them in a baking bag. Seal and refrigerate them for a few hours to absorb the flavors.
Remove and carefully prick the bag in several places. Put it in a baking pan and pour some water.
Bake the ribs at 390°F (200°C) until ready - about an hour.
The tender oven-baked pork ribs are very tasty!
