How to make
Cut the meat for this appetizing goulash into cubes and fry it in a deep pot.
Clean the onion and garlic, finely chop them, add them to the meat and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the dried spices and pour the beer and hot water.
Add the bay leaf, grated tomatoes, tomato paste, put the lid on and leave it to simmer on low heat for about an hour and a half.
Serve the game goulash with a side dish of your choice (rice, potatoes, mushrooms) and sprinkle with fresh spices!
