Ingredients

  • yogurt - 2.8 oz (80 g) or 2 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • flaxseed flour - 5 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc. + 2 egg whites
  • salt - a pinch
  • vinegar - 3 - 4 drops
  • coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling
  • flaxseeds (optional)

How to make

Beat the eggs and egg whites with a pinch of salt with a fork, until a light foam is obtained. Put the soda in the yogurt to activate it.

Add the yogurt with soda and vinegar to the beaten eggs. Stir.

Add the flaxseed flour and a spoonful of coconut oil and stir, until a thick sticky mixture is obtained. If you do not have coconut oil you can use 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Sesame seeds and flaxseeds can be added to the mixture if you like. Put the prepared mixture in a greased baking pan, which is suitable for baking bread.

Bake the flat bread in a preheated oven with the fan on at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-22 minutes. Check it with a stick.

The bread does not rise much, it remains flat due to the type of flour and at the same time it is fluffy and soft.
