How to make
Sift the flaxseed flour and other flour together and mix them with the yeast and sugar. Add the ayran, olive oil, flax, sesame and salt and knead the dough, form it into a ball.
Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth until doubled in size. Move to a floured surface and shape the buns to the desired size. You can make cuts along the top or leave them whole.
Allow them to rise for at least 30 minutes, once already formed. Brush each with a little melted butter, sprinkle with seeds and bake them in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
