How to make
Sift both types of flour into a bowl.
Add the baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir and form a well.
Grate the yellow cheese and the butter, which should be well cooled.
Add them to the dry mixture along with the yogurt and one egg.
Knead a soft and sticky dough.
With greased fingers, break off the dough and form loaves. 8-10 small loaves come out of this amount.
Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper, spaced apart.
Cut the yellow cheese and place one piece on each loaf, pressing it lightly inwards.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the yellow bread with einkorn and corn flour for approximately 30 minutes.
Melt a little butter and add finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic clove and a pinch of salt.
Stir and spread this mixture on the finished bread buns while they are still hot.
