How to make
Dissolve the yeast along with the sugar in a little warm water. After it activates, knead a soft dough, along with the rest of the products.
Leave it to rise (it takes longer than a regular white flour dough).
Shape it into small bread buns, spread them with milk and leave them to rise again.
Bake at 360°F (180°C), until they're fully baked.
The bread buns become slightly crispy and are eaten while they're warm.
The rice flour bread buns are very tasty.
