How to make
Dissolve the yeast in water with sugar and once effervescent, add the oil and salt. Add the semolina and flour in parts, while kneading a smooth and elastic dough, which must not be sticky.
Put the dough in a very low oven to rise for about 20 minutes. Then shape medium balls from the dough with wet hands. Roll the balls in sesame seeds and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.
Leave them to rise again for 10-odd minutes and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
