How to make
Grind the pork. Season it with salt and/or spices of your choice. Form into medium-sized patties.
Bake the patties on both sides evenly in a heated pan with a little fat. When they are ready, set them aside.
In the same fat, lightly fry the onion, which we have cut into crescents. When the onion is ready, take it out.
Grease both sides of the buns with butter and bake them for a very short time.
When they are ready, assemble the burger. Put the patties on the bottom burger bun. Add the cabbage and onion.
