How to make
Make the burgers by mixing the minced meat with finely chopped onions and garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Make 3 flat meatballs of equal size and place them on a plate lightly greased with oil. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
When ready, take them out and grease them with a little oil. Cook them on a grill pan for about 7-10 minutes, turning them once when half the time has passed.
Towards the end of cooking, place thinly sliced mozzarella on the burgers.
Cover with a lid briefly to melt the mozzarella.
Place the finished burgers on pre-cut in half and grilled buns.
Serve as desired with ketchup.
