How to make
Mix the minced lamb with the spices and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
Form meatballs and grill them together with the burger buns on a grill pan, cutting the burger buns in half and baking the two parts.
Place the cheese on the cooked part and the meatball.
Separately, fry the onion, cut in circles, with a little brown sugar and soy sauce until soft.
Add to the burger buns the onion along with lamb meatballs and potatoes, optionally add ketchup.
Serve with french fries and lettuce.
