Ingredients

  • prosciutto - 4 slices
  • yellow cheese - 4 slices
  • pears - 1 pc. (not too hard)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • oil

How to make

Heat some oil and add the onion cut into crescents. Fry it, until it aquires a golden color. Add the salt, sugar and mix.

As soon as it caramelizes, pour the balsamic vinegar. Leave it to evaporate and remove it from the heat.

Put a slice of cheese on each slice prosciutto. Add a piece of pear and caramelized onion on top. Roll up four rolls.

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for six minutes. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the baked rolls.

The prosciutto rolls with pear and caramelized onions are very tasty.
