How to make
Pound the chicken steaks lightly to thin them out. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Place a slice of processed cheese, a slice of peeled pear and a slice of Camembert cheese into each steak.
The steak is rolled up and if necessary poked with a toothpick.
The rolled up rolls are arranged in a baking pan, which has been greased with butter. The mushrooms are cleaned and cut into slices, which are placed on the sides and around the rolls.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, wine, ground black pepper, grated Cheddar cheese and grated yellow cheese. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture over the rolls and bake them in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C).
The chicken rolls with pear, mushrooms and cheese are ready.
