In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and Camembert. Add the finely chopped dill and then the gelatin you have prepared according to the instructions on the package.
Stir well to distribute the gelatin evenly.
In a rectangular baking tray, lay stretch film so that the edges protrude. Pour the cheese and smooth over.
Wrap well and leave for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut the old bread into slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and grill on both sides.
Cut a piece of cheese and put a large piece of smoked salmon on top.
