"Burgers again? Yeah, burgers with mozzarella - no stopping"

Ingredients

  • minced meat - beef 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onion - 1 small head
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. Dijon
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • hot chilli sauce - a few drops
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • burger buns - 3 pcs. for burgers
  • ketchup - optional

How to make

Make the burgers by mixing the minced meat with finely chopped onions and garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Make 3 flat meatballs of equal size and place them on a plate lightly greased with oil. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

When ready, take them out and grease them with a little oil. Cook them on a grill pan for about 7-10 minutes, turning them once when half the time has passed.

Towards the end of cooking, place thinly sliced ​​mozzarella on the burgers.

Cover with a lid briefly to melt the mozzarella.

Place the finished burgers on pre-cut in half and grilled buns.

Serve as desired with ketchup.
