Today I will share with you an idea for delicious and healthy bread, which you can make yourself. When you use quality products and all the ingredients are tested, the result will inevitably be successful. It is rich in fiber, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamins E and A. Flaxseed flour is the product left over from cold pressing the seeds. It contains useful saturated fatty acids, but it is lower in concentration.
In a deep bowl, mix the two types of flour (sieved in advance), dry yeast, salt, sugar and seeds.
Add the water, which should be slightly warm but by no means hot and knead.
Once the dough is formed, transfer it onto a kitchen counter or board and knead it well. You can add a little flour, if necessary, but do not add too much of it to avoid a hard dough.
Leave the dough to rise and then shape the bread with a little more flour.
Grease a rectangular cake tin and place the bread inside. Grease the top surface of the bread well. At this stage, you can sprinkle it with more seeds (optional).
Leave it to rise once more.
Bake it in a preheated oven at about 430°F (220°C) for the first 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to about 360°F (180 °C) and bake it for another 20-25 minutes.
The degrees vary according to the oven and the size of the bread.
Cut the bread only when it has cooled completely.
Attention: The dough with flaxseed flour always turns out a little sticky due to the content of the mucous substance, which is characteristic of flaxseed.
Bread, made from rye flour has a darker color, poorly developed porosity, sticky and moist core.
However, the combination of these two flours creates a very tasty and healthy bread.
